Virginia School Climate Survey – Opt-Out Information

Wakefield High School will participate in the Virginia School Survey of Climate and Working Conditions on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Students in grades 9–12 will be invited to complete an anonymous survey about school climate, safety, and engagement.

Participation is voluntary. If you do not want your child to take part, please notify the school office by January 10, 2026, by submitting the form below (preferred), or by phone or written note to the main office.
