Welcome to Wakefield High School (WHS)! I am excited to be your biology teacher this school year!

Previously, I conducted academic research both in the field of biology and secondary science education at the University of Virginia and engaged in genomic cancer research at the George Washington University. In my spare time, I enjoy playing the violin and practicing martial arts.

I know this past year has been difficult, but I believe we can work together to create a community of scholars rooted in respect and resilience.
