2nd Day of WIDA ACCESS for English Learners (EL) and mid-year NWEA MAP Testing (Early Release)

Due to the large number of students who need to test, and the staff needed to successfully execute testing, we will have an alternate schedule on these two dates, so please mark your calendars. Please review the important details below.

• Only students taking the WIDA ACCESS for ELs and the NWEA MAP will come to school these two days.
• Non-testing students will remain asynchronous and work on assignments on Canvas or make-up work. This will allow for an optimal testing environment.
• Students taking these assessments will arrive at school at the regular time and attend their allotted testing sessions.
• Breakfast and lunch will be provided as usual.
• Non-testing students with classes at ACC should report to their ACC classes both days. Transportation between Wakefield and ACC will continue as usual.
• Non-testing students in Grade 11 who have not completed mandatory CPR training will complete training in the large gym.
• Students in MIPA and Functional Life Skills will attend school as usual.
• Students may leave after testing only with written permission from parents/guardians.
• February 5 is already designated as early release.
