Fund Request – Athletics, Clubs, Groups, SGA

All general  fund requests must be reviewed and approved by Wakefield’s Director of Student Activities (DSA):

– Complete Fund Request Form and submit to DSA

– DSA will approve or deny request

– If approved, DAS forwards to Booster’s Executive Committee for consideration.

Senior Night Fund Request – Athletics

Wakefield Boosters recognizes the importance of celebrating our senior athletes and as such Boosters is contributing $100 toward each senior night celebration.     If interested in receiving the funding, please complete the Fund Request – Senior Night form and send directly to our WHS Booster Treasurer and DSA.
