Expectations for All Students: Multiple supports are available to students through the AP Network, and students are strongly encouraged to take advantage of them to enhance their academic performance.  Specifically, the AP Summer Bridge has proven to be an outstanding preparation for students taking on the challenge of an AP course.  While students may attend the AP Summer Bridge each summer, it is Wakefield’s expectation that they will make a concerted effort to attend the summer prior to their first AP course.Number of AP Network Transfers:  Each year Wakefield will accept up to 30 students transferring into Wakefield for the AP Network.  Families wishing to come to Wakefield for the AP Network must comply with APS transfer timelines and procedures. Wakefield will follow the APS lottery process in the event that more than 30 students submit a transfer application.
