What we do:
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators
- Facilitate learning with educational technology integration
- Provide educational tools training
- Co-planning and co-teaching
- Model lessons
- Collaborate on school-wide initiatives
- Reset student MyAccess passwords
- Help students with Level 1 Tech issues (smaller application and web-based issues)

What I do:
- Student computer repairs*
- Broken devices–cracked screens, broken ports, charger issues
- New chargers
- Computers for new students
- Charges for device issues
- Lost or stolen devices
- Locked computers
- Admin installs–NOVA app, anything that requires “Administrative passwords” on student devices
*Please note: most student computer repairs can be completed within 24 hours but depend upon availability of parts
